Secondly, there is an angel in the play, I don't like that arrangement, I feel that a realistic thing is more strange, and I have always tasted this film as a warm sketch.
I didn't understand some details and jokes. Maybe it's because of the translation. I'm not good at English, so I can't understand it just by listening. But the actors are very good, the music is good, and they use their singing to convey their thoughts about the past, which is touching.
In addition, the most surprising thing about this show is the structure of this show. I thought it would be a flashback, from the last time it was staged, then recalled, and then how they started their business and reached their peak...
However, the director only used some beautiful old songs, a bunch of details in the speech, and a dangerous angel to describe those pasts. Really admire this arrangement.
By the way, what is this director's name? Robert Altman, maybe check out his other films.
