"Why can't we accept the karma?"
“Because it' so much easier to look outside ourselves to find out explanation for our own pain, our failures and disappointments, rather than looking in them and taking responsibilities for our actions....... it would be so much easier, isn't it? Luck, or god, genetics or some unthinkable sins or magic spells, just made us who we are. It would be easier, wouldn't? (Easier than what?) Figuring out who we are on our own. That in fact we can be anything, richfull and kind, strong and weak, terrified and sad, perriveried not afraid to go forward. Intentionally or not, your grandfather was giving you a very valuable gift, I think, a powber of his failure, a failure of his character, the failure of his choices, but he had choices. You believe that a man has choices, right? You have take this gift. You need to use it. You need to learn from it..... .."
"I'm not a smart man particularly, but one day of all last, stubbing from the dark woods from my own, my family and my country's past, in my hands is truth, that love grows from forgiveness, that from destruction comes renovation , that the evidence of gods exists in our connections to one another. This much, at least, I figured out. I know this much is true.
