It contains so many elements that it is no wonder it is called a "kaleidoscope". Everyone can find what they want from this film. A tale of idealist disillusionment, the revolutionary love depicted in it is pure and passionate, like a cup of boiling water. Not a revolutionary love, but a revolutionary love, not a hero, but an ordinary young idealist. As a biography, it can be regarded as finding a balance between a big era and a small person. The starting and turning are a little stiff, some places are too procrastinating and some places are changing too fast, but it can still give five stars. What left a deep impression is that the old man made her laugh, but the content was contemptuous and vulgar, and the jokes that Jack told his favorite ended up being cold, sometimes understanding and intimacy really did not bring Pleasure, like the love triangle between Louise Jack Eugene, but who's to say it's not love. In the first part, Louise was regarded as the female version of Nora, and in the latter part, Diane played her growth and transformation very well. I was deeply moved by the idealized love at the end that finally sank into life itself, but still remained true.
