Poverty cannot be moved

We cannot change our humble origins, but we can change our destiny. As emphasized by Christian teachings, people are born with original sin from the moment they are born, and the dark side has been buried in the subconscious mind. When the force majeure of the outside world awakens the conscience, the soul will also be redeemed. Pip ignores family love because of inheritance, not because of unbearable childhood memories, but from his own heart. No amount of decoration of the impure soul in the heart can change the essence of filth. Just like Pip, even if he went to a metropolis like London, even if he lived a life of a high-class man, he still couldn't change his rural atmosphere and his clumsy way of looking at problems. It is true that some people will change their destiny through their own hands, relying on diligence, wisdom and kindness to improve their distressed lives, but obviously Pip can't do it.

Dickens' work. The ending is a comedy, it seems that the two endings become one.

"If I could send him away with some money, I'd rather give him money." The following inner monologue "I wanted to be a high-ranking person, but I ended up being a snob." Dickens's novels have the characteristics of film, especially Good at observing things from a child's perspective and subjective feelings. Lean makes good use of these descriptions, creating Dickensian exaggerated images that allow the audience to "share Pip's own exaggerated experience".
