It seems that when you are young and ignorant and ignorant, "inspirational" will make a person advance by leaps and bounds like hormones, refresh a person's life, and change a person's life. Such stories are more credible. Now, when people have long formed their own ideas and have stable personalities, it seems strange and out of place to talk about "inspirational".
So what I want to talk about is the way to get peace of mind, the main character Akeelah said that when she was sad because of her father's death, she tried to memorize some words, which made her forget the pain.
Only then did I realize that the reason why I enjoyed memorizing words in my school days was not to get rid of pain, but to gain peace.
How long have you not been concentrating on doing one thing, how long have you not made a long-term plan for a goal?
Many times we give ourselves loose excuses and chaotic reasons, and then we always imagine out of thin air, fabricate the meaning of our existence in this world, or immerse ourselves in our own little emotions.
Love this part of the movie: Our deepest fear is not waht we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves "who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually who are you not to be?
