The movie Being Julia is really wonderful! I finally understand why Celine liked it so much. That woman, actress is really a genius and a monster! For her, life is a drama, and the drama is life! A little fall didn't defeat her but gave her a new beginning, a new-born. The whole movie is about conspiracy and love. Julia might be very mean and cruel but she didn't deserve the lies and betrayals from her beloved and her husband. I can clearly remember what she said when a vicious woman stopped by her dinner table asking if she remembered her and trying to insult her with the fact that her father was a jersey doctor (though I didn't quite understand why it is an insult). She retorted , "No, my father was not a doctor, he was a vet. He used to visit your house. Your house was full of bithces!" That women's face fell suddenly,--that was so funny! Being Julia is a movie you can't miss! And when she finally mange to revenge and get back the things belonging to her, like her son (a adorable boy with a familiar face), I was really happy for her, not feeling any sorry for her conspiracy. But I know she felt a sense of loss. She finally knew who her real friends were. She didn't need applause anymore. She found her true self, the one only her friend Charles (another favorite character of mine) and her son roger and her maid Evie loved and appreciated. But what's next? She was very lonely…She finally knew who her real friends were. She didn't need applause anymore.
