Not good, not much worse

The biggest breakthrough of this film is that it is different from other thrillers in that it always talks about things with blood (although the OP is very popular), and it doesn’t even have the most vulgar cut shots to scare people in general, and this method is even better. There are a few in horror movies. However, this film is still a bit thin.
The first is that the atmosphere is not enough. From beginning to end, I only listened to Jim chanting 23, but in fact there was not much horror atmosphere, I just felt that I kept searching for the truth about 23.

There are too many points in the plot that are not logically round: Since this book was originally the work of the protagonist, why did the doctor who treated him commit suicide? Saying that he has fallen into a curse is inconsistent with the final conclusion of the film.
In addition, the emotional transformation of the film is a bit inexplicable. The ending is more like a family drama, revealing the mystery and it is too procrastinating...

However, the promotion of the dual plot is done well. In the novel, the lighting of the lens is very beautiful, praise it.

I like the psychological suspense, but unfortunately it is not a tragic ending

Well, Jim Carrey, of course, has nothing to say about the handicap of 23's mysterious rendering.
