Drug use is a behavior, but many people have to pay the price for this behavior for a lifetime. It's hard for people to imagine the feeling of having a hard time thinking and losing control after a drug addiction. All people who are deeply addicted to drugs should hate drugs more than anyone else. They feel as if they are crawling through a sewer full of shit, unable to extricate themselves. Always question the value of your existence. Every time I vowed to quit drugs, I ended up falling deeper.
Drug addicts have a very high rate of relapse, and basically, the success of detoxification is even less. Why detoxing is so hard. On the whole, it is nothing more than two aspects, self and environment. It is basically impossible for a person to achieve detoxification by simply relying on one of them. It is impossible for a person who is sad and bored to give up the pleasure brought by strong stimulation; and simple environmental isolation is nothing more than reminding them that "you have something to do with drugs".
But when the failed drug addiction experience destroys people's minds again and again, people gradually become less convinced that they can succeed. Since then, life is no longer a journey, but life has become an escape. Sometimes I just want to end this boring game early. They are suffering, but very few people understand. Slowly, life is like a domino, out of control. The more you run, the more lonely you are, the more lonely you are, the more you run away. People can no longer look at their past selves, and they dare not look into the future.
In fact, everyone has never been a "drug addict", but to different degrees. If the journey of life consists of many small segments, then there are always a few segments that belong to "escape". I just want to say to those who have lost confidence or have deep doubts about their future and themselves, "Life is not perfect, what's wrong? Everyone is their own hero, and only you can truly love yourself, and maybe you're in a situation where you are right now. It's very bad, it's dark, but don't give up. You ask me what is the meaning of life? I don't think even the wisest person knows the answer. However, when life is not only about escape and sadness, I think people can understand the essence of life, Only people can be considered "normal"."
I think people should be aware of this, once you're on drugs, you're probably going to have to fight it for the rest of your life, it's not a joke, you relax a little bit, and all your previous efforts are for nothing. So when you've successfully detoxed for months, or even years, you can't let it go. You may feel tired like this, but there is no way, who told you to meet it in your life, you'd better be prepared to fight all your life. But isn't that what life is all about? Will the wound heal as well as before? Obviously not! But it's not as good as it was at the beginning, you have to relax your mind and tell yourself that you can be brave enough, you are free, even in a very bad state of life, you must experience and enjoy life, and tell yourself that you love big trees, Love the sky, love yourself, love your family, love the people around you. As long as you have enough courage, as long as you learn to love and enjoy, you can succeed!
