"Future of the Future": Everyone was once a child, once was young

Jane 2022-04-07 08:01:01

There are Hong Kong version resources.

Director: 10

Mamoru Hosoda: "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time", "Summer Wars", "Children of Wolves Rain and Snow", "Children of Monsters", "The Future of the Future".

Screenwriters: 9

Hosoda Mori: It was my first time as a screenwriter, and my traces were inevitable, hahaha.

Cast: 9

Photography/Visual Effects/Costume: 10

The snow's rotation and falling, the mirror image of the eyes, and the blurring of the aperture, my sister came home on the snowy day, and it fell from the sky, hahaha.

If you've ever "played" with a baby, it's amazing to feel your fingers being clenched.

The background at the back is a watercolor style, and there is a correspondence at the back.

Scenes from the past are properly filtered to allow people to recognize changes from the present.

3D realistic paper puppet mechanical style plus scene.

Various styles are properly switched, and there is no sense of incongruity.

Music/Theme Song: 10

Masakatsu Takagi: "Wolf Children Rain and Snow", "Son of the Monster", "The Kingdom of Dreams and Madness"

The part of the female voice singing in the world line segment is very nice.

Yamashita Tatsuro: "ミライのテーマ", "うたのきしゃ"

Big thing, "Christmas eve" is a Christmas classic, and it's an advertisement for JR Donghai Xmas Express (Eri Fukatsu is too beautiful), and there are also Shinkansen lines in the MV itself, so the appearance of so many train individuals in the theme song means it fits the image.

Overall score: 48/50

This is just my rating.

About the story prototype

The opportunity for the film was that the director gave birth to 2 children. Because of the birth of the younger sister, the older brother felt out of favor.

While the wife and son went to see it, he didn't care that the protagonist was himself, and envied Xiaoxun for having many railway models to build, forgetting that he built it like this every day.

The relatives of the father's character in the film did not appear, probably because in reality the director is the only son in the family, and both parents died young.

About the topic

The individual understands the future family, including the deceased, the living, and the unborn, the family history, and the history of the world is made up of these family histories.

The director mentioned in the interview that "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time" and this film both have time travel, but the two are different.

One is crossing because of technology, the other is crossing because of family.

"It looks like Liangshu, but it's actually a historical index of our family. ... Our family's present, past, and future are all recorded in a card. We have to find the card when my brother existed. ... Like this, all kinds of small things Together, we form the 'now' us."

At last

There are many laughs and tears in the film.

When my mother was "bad" and when she was sad.

The audience for the film is less like children and more like people who have children, and people who were children.

last of the last

Roughly calculate the time according to the season, it is time to grow baby teeth.

The screams of children are really loud. Last night, there was a child sitting next to me who was screaming at an unusually high pitch. This should be considered a real physical injury...

Full of fatherhood, plus a lot of little things about children...Miss Kuroki is really nice, but the voice of the protagonist still feels a bit older...

Mirai quotes

  • Mirai: You did it again. You tried to hit me with your bullet train even after Mom told you not to.

Kun: But it wasn't a bullet train!

Mirai: You aren't supposed to use a bullet train to hit people.

Kun: It was a Super Azusa.

Mirai: [angrily] I don't care what kind it was!

    [scoffs]

Mirai: And why can't you be a little nicer to Mom?

    Kun: I don't know, I just can't.

Mirai: It's her one day off from work. She doesn't get many and she has to spend it fighting with you. Come on, try.

Kun: [sniffling] I know... I'm not cute.

    Mirai: Huh?

Kun: [crying, wipes tear from his eye] Both Baby Mirai and Yukio are really cute. Not me. I know I'm not that cute anymore.

    [continues sobbing]

Mirai: Oh come on, that's not true. You're very cute!

    Kun: [walking away]

    Mirai: You're the cutest! Adorable!

    Kun: [crying harder; runs away]

  • Kun (High Schooler): [off-screen] That's just awful. Yep, a complete wreck. I'm talking about your attitude. Boy, does it stink.

Kun: [looks inside train station, sees a high schooler sitting inside] Hello?

Kun (High Schooler): You're supposed to go camping, am I right? Catch bugs, watch fireworks, all that stuff. And you guys will be staying at your grandparents' place. It's the summer you've all been looking forward to. Think of all the happy memories you could be making together. But instead you don't wanna go. Why is that?

Kun: Uh... how do you know? Who are you?

Kun (High Schooler): What's more important, the color of your pants or your memories? Well, it's your choice. Just go home and say you're sorry already.

Kun: NO. I do NOT like them.

    Kun (High Schooler): What?

Kun: [referring to his pants] AND I WILL NOT WEAR THEM!

Kun (High Schooler): [getting annoyed] No, you do not not like them.

Kun: [as a train appears] No, I don't not not like them!

Kun (High Schooler): No, you do not not not not like them!

Kun: Yes, I do NOT not not not like them!

Kun (High Schooler): NO! You do *not* not not not not not like them!

[train pulls into the station. Doors open]

Kun (High Schooler): Don't get on!

    Kun: Uh...?

    [looks back in hesitation]

Kun (High Schooler): Stop! Don't get on, 'kay?

[whistle blows. Kun glowers at high schooler and bounds for train]

Kun (High Schooler): No! Wait! Wait!

Kun: [glowers at boy as the train pulls away]

Kun (High Schooler): [gazing after it in disappointment] Little brat.
