The car drove to a smoky-grey mountain, the water-red sun was sinking little by little, and the rice fields on the roadside were getting greener and greener, and smoke that didn’t know what to burn was rising everywhere. These people insisted that they were smelling. Arrived the smell of bamboo rice. . .
The devil has entered the village. Facing the green hills and green bamboos, the table was opened, pheasants, loofah, and bamboo shoots were laid out one by one, surrounded by the five honest and honest dog brothers, and the long gate was swung until the sky was full of stars. The surrounding pine trees changed in the dark: one was so huge that it was ready to be covered with lights, and the Christmas bells rang on the deadly country night; and two because their feet were small. The hillside looks like a messenger standing in the clouds, bowing his head to bring us news.
Today I saw a movie called "Looking for Neverland", an old Johnny Depp movie. The protagonist is the author of "Peter Pan". It turns out that he knew a child named Peter in his life, a child who never believed in fairy tales, had a serious expression on the face of a little adult, and thought about the problem particularly "realistic", Johnny Depp is Inspired by him, he wrote Peter Pan. His mother died later, and he was heartbroken. Johnny told him that his mother had gone to a very beautiful place, and he could go there to be with her if he wanted to. Peter asked "How"? He answered: Believe, just believe.
At this time, I suddenly realized that this dull and boring movie was trying to talk about faith.
I have always been an atheist, but I have always been curious about the question of faith. I have also had a hard time fighting with friends who believe in Christianity. I read the Bible in an attempt to find the answer.
Why, if you don’t believe it, why do you need to pursue it? Why look for a reason?
I think there is something that makes me fascinated in the state of faith.
This line in the movie suddenly made me think: "Believe" and "belief" in Chinese are completely different, especially when it is serious or serious, but this line in English makes me feel that, in fact, they do not So different.
Perhaps faith is only when others say that a place is boring, believing that the infinity of existence has not been explored, and always leaving oneself with a chance to discover things that others have not discovered. Perhaps faith is only when the person you love is gone, believing that the source of love is endless and does not disappear because of someone's departure. Perhaps faith is just a "sacred affirmation" without proof or reason. Maybe faith is just saying "it's another new day" every time the sun rises. Maybe faith just never says "impossible" easily. Maybe faith is to let desire defeat fear. Perhaps faith is to look straight into the eyes of small animals.
If faith means this, then I am very happy that I can be a person of faith without burning incense and worshiping the Buddha.
