Two classic lines

The story is not new at all. The computers that send out e-love letters are all outdated styles, and the whole story is a "veil of warmth and affection" for capitalism. Fortunately, the protagonists are all I like-Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan, two of them are definitely more cute than sexy. Fortunately, I also like the background of the story-in the bookstore. When the heroine was judged to be knowledgeable, "everything she reads and the book will sell well", I was delighted...Isn't that just me. Well, I have never sold a book, but people who know me are usually willing to ask me before buying a book, hehe, the bookstore has to give me a commission.
There is a line in the film "you are what you read", which I like very much. The subtitles are translated as "Who reads what books". Language is really the most mysterious thing. I will never be able to read 100% and believe in translation. I think the subtitle translation is correct, but I always think it should be understood as "whatever you read, you will become whoever". I am just such a person.
There is also a classic line "but there is a dream of someone else". I can't accept that the heroine and her boyfriend broke up so happy. In my opinion, even though the two people no longer love each other, breaking up is always a miserable thing. Maybe this is the naivety and lack of bravery in my heart. Since I don’t love, where does the sadness come from? When her boyfriend asked her to accept the breakup so easily, whether it was because she fell in love with "someone else", Meg Ryan replied, "No, but there is another person in the dream." indeed so. Each of us has a "he\she" in his heart. Sometimes he is the "this one" beside us, but more often he is just the "someone else" in the dream. Breaking up with your lover is certainly a sad thing, but if you understand in your heart that this is not the one you love, it might not be a bad thing. Good things should be happily faced.
Watching this film can make people slow down and calm down... Just like the hero and heroine, they can always go to work half a time later than others, so that you will find that "New York's autumn is particularly beautiful." Unemployment, broken love... have become another wonderful beginning, "it is always good to be able to change"....

I saw a girl with a sweet smile who loves to read, and finally met someone in her dream in reality. Makes me very happy today.

Old-school American movies, happy friends, happy endings. In particular, I watched this film on a small 20-inch TV with the landlady. It was dubbed in French and had no subtitles. It felt amazing. The landlady pointed to Channel 21's program catalog and said, "Let's show you a movie I liked when I was young! I was a little girl last time I watched it. Ah... Young love... It's very sweet!"

What you expect in your dreams is what you encounter in reality, and BGM likes it. Even if you are unemployed, you can continue to be a proprietress. In fact, it is enough to have a small bookstore on the corner of the road.

  • George Pappas: Well, as far as I'm concerned, the Internet is just another way of being rejected by women.

  • Kathleen Kelly: You don't love me.

    [Frank shakes his head "no"]

    Kathleen Kelly: Me, either.

    Frank: You don't love me?

    [they both laugh]

Frank: But we're so right for each other!

Kathleen Kelly: I know! I know. Well, is there someone else? Oh! That woman on television, Sydney Ann.

Frank: [sheepish] Uh... I mean, nothing has happened or anything, but...

Kathleen Kelly: Ooh, Frank. Is she a Republican?

    Frank: I... can't help myself.

    [they laugh again]

Frank: What about you? Is there someone else?

Kathleen Kelly: No. No, but... but there is the dream of someone else.
