"The Wizard of Oz" was originally a fairy tale published by American writer Frank Baum in 1900. It tells about the magical experience of a little Kansas girl Dorothy after being swept into the "country of Oz" by a tornado (Doroth and a lion, a scarecrow, and A Tin Man formed a partner). After the fairy tale was published, it was a big success. Baum wrote 14 sequels in one go in 20 years. Together with the creation of other writers, this "State of Oz" series of stories has become spectacular. However, from the English literal translation, Baum’s first book is actually called "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" (The Wonderful Wizard of Oz), and his sequels are also named after "XX of Oz." Therefore, this series is also called "The Adventures of Oz", but the famous Chinese children’s writer Mr. Chen Bochui translated Baum’s first work as "The Wizard of Oz" before liberation. The "Ziguo" series only refers to Baum's first book in a narrow sense. The title of "Oz the Great and Powerful" (Oz the Great and Powerful) can be hard-translated as "Oz the Great and Powerful" (corresponding to the protagonist's identity), and it is now translated as "The Oz the Great and Powerful."
