From an accidental glimpse on a Sunday night on the Chinese Channel in 1996 to the current popularity, I can’t remember to watch this 200-plus-episode drama over and over again, even though she has been off the air for 5 years. The great feeling between Mulder and Scully that transcends life and death and cannot be expressed in words still touches me every time I review it. Scully’s classic lines: Well, it seems to me that the best relationships-- the ones that last-- are frequently the ones that are rooted in friendship. You know, one day you look at the person and you see something more than you did the night before. Like a switch has been flicked somewhere. And the person who was just a friend is... suddenly the only person you can ever imagine yourself with. annotation.
