PS system desensitization: This method is mainly to induce the seeker to slowly expose the situation that causes neurotic anxiety and fear, and to combat this anxiety through a state of psychological relaxation, so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating anxiety or fear. The procedure of the system desensitization method is to gradually increase the degree of stimulation. When a certain stimulus no longer causes anxiety and terror response of the seeker, the treatment seeker can present another stimulus that is slightly stronger than the previous stimulus to the treatment seeker in a relaxed state. If the anxiety or horror caused by a stimulus is within the range that the seeker can tolerate, after repeated presentations, he will no longer feel anxious and horrified by the stimulus, and the treatment goal will be achieved. ——Just get used to it
