It's just that after watching the movie, I feel mediocre. Anne Hathaway's figure show is indeed good, Steve Carlisle's expression is also rich enough, and the appearance of Dwayne Johnson, but apart from these it seems to be nothing. In retrospect, what impressed me most was the familiar music in the beginning of the movie, the doors that opened automatically, Max's shoe phone and the clumsy lies used to deceive people after being surrounded, and of course the classic 99 "Oh, Max."
Steve Carlisle looks like a novice agent who just started, which of course fits the plot very well. But I can't help but compare him with that awkward but unreasonably used Don Nelson. And Anne Hathaway's 99 is a special agent version of Laura. The most disappointing one should be Singerfred. The boring and mean old man with white hair in the movie version is definitely just a guy who happens to be called Singerfred, because he has no sharp voice at all, and he does things like a qualified badass.
In the second half of the film, Steve Carlisle drove the red chartered car from the TV version of the year and broke the door, but it turned off after a short while. On the whole, this is also a wonderful metaphor for the whole film. Of course, maybe I am too harsh on this movie. The new movie version has action scenes that the TV version does not have. The characters in the headquarters are also richer, not to mention more modern equipment. However, Get Smart always means to me many summer vacation nights waiting in front of the TV, seeing the evil and cute Singerfred come up with bad ideas, and then resemble President Bush’s agent 86 in the future. Through incredible luck and the fearless courage of the ignorant, No. 99 saved the world time and time again, and won the heart of the beautiful and fashionable No. 99. In short, those are some good times worth remembering, thank the late Tang Dynasty for giving me happiness. As for this movie, don't let my nostalgia affect my mood, maybe he is not bad. At least, you should check it out just by name.
