Oscars also have unspoken rules

Without a trace of literary temperament, Shakespeare, who is like a down-and-out playboy, is shocking. The rough and almost spoof plot gave this film the brand of a vulgar romance, even if it was put on the coat of Shakespeare and his famous drama "Romeo and Juliet".
With "Saving Private Ryan", "Thin Red Line", and "Life Is Beautiful" nominated for Best Picture Oscar, it turned out to be such a mediocre and botched work that won the prize. I'm really speechless, I don't know. Is it because the judges’ IQ has taken a turn for the worse, or is there any inside story? It must not be forgotten that there is such a classic movie as "The World of Truman" in this edition.
