Many years ago, Angelina Jolie made a "Agent Short", I don't know how many people remember it. It was reviewed as a female Jason Bourne at the time, and I was looking forward to the sequel. All I can think of right now is Wiretap Storm. This can be considered a spy movie, but not an action movie. The translation of "Eavesdropping Storm" is so cheesy it doesn't quite fit the status of the movie. "Das Leben der Anderen" German would like to be "other people's lives", and it's meaningful.
There is also a "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy", which is also introverted, deep and full of tension. It's somewhere in between Wiretap and The Bourne.
