Killing the dawn, reading the title makes people so unnerving, and the first impression it gives is that of a brainless violent film.
After reading it, you will find that this is a combination of a typical American violent crime + ketchup disgusting film.
But is it really so? If you think about it carefully, the answer might be that. Haha, skin a little.
Closer to home, the story starts from a dead end, and the news playing in the car can easily pull the ideal viewer's thoughts into the movie screen. But the news didn't really get people into it, so Quentin relentlessly started his first kill. The robbers Dasha and Ersha in the news appeared, Ersha suddenly killed the police, and Dasha burned the clerk to death. At the end of this small climax, the progress bar of the film did not even reach ten minutes. But I believe that the vast majority of the audience were caught by this amazing beginning and began to look forward to the whole film.
After that, the plot began to become mediocre. A lost priest and a pair of children were kidnapped by Dasha and Ersha, and embarked on the road to Mexico. The couple went to a contact point in Mexico, a titty twister, which literally translates to rock nipple bars. The name doesn't sound like a serious bar. So after the few people entered, all kinds of conflicts were inevitable. At this time, the waiter in the bar also turned into a vampire inexplicably. After a fight, it was dawn, and only Dasha and the priest's daughter were left alive.
Well, the story ends here. It's just a brainless violent film, and there is no drift in the turns, which makes people caught off guard.
But we can still see a dark thread that Quentin hides in the whole story, and that is people's lust. How much Quentin, the screenwriter, hated the term. In order to express this hatred, the Ersha starring him is a person who has no control over his lust. Even such an ugly bank clerk has the desire to rape, and the two stupid character settings make people vomit. There are also former pastors and young children who have not escaped the control of adultery.
As for his attitude, we can directly see the end of the story - all the customers who were attracted by the pussy outside the bar, including the clerk, did not survive after entering, except for Dasha and the priest's daughter.
For the reason, see the image below.
They hated and denied their lewdness, but they were finally pardoned by Quentin and walked out of the bar alive.
This is a violent film with a relatively simple plot, and the entertainment after dinner is good. But if there is any depth, I can only see this dark line. There is no preaching in the bar, there is only a wonderful farce of venting and fighting. Hope to see more experts coming to add.
