Wow, I just watched the 1982 movie but I still feel moved and cried. It’s not because ET left at the end, but I was moved from beginning to end. I watched the director’s documentary first and then started watching his movie, so I might have some substitution for the director. Most of the films directed by Spielberg have memories or shadows of his childhood. Although he was bullied since he was a child, he loves to cry and tease his sisters, but he is an absolutely warm and warm person, and his divorced family lacks ET companionship in his childhood.
