Red letters and black background with gothic fonts, it is the style of my big Burton

Tim Burton, I have always had a good heart, an old man who looks a little sloppy and weird. If you see him on the road, I might be regarded as such a crazy person. But I am full of gratitude to him, he gave me a weird world, he gave me the freedom of imagination, and he made me feel the passion of life.

The first film review of The nightmare before the Christmas must be for it, not only because it is the first Tim Burton movie I watched, but also because it was born in 1993 as I was, and it means something to me. And clay animation is indeed a style I have been loving for years.

The storyline of The nightmare before the Christmas is very simple. The similar story is about a middle-aged crisis. JACK is the most scary monster in Halloween town, but his heart is still not satisfied with the status quo that he is just a pumpkin King, and he feels deeply bored with his achievements and life. In a coincidence, he happened to enter Christmas. In this world, he saw another emotion besides fear, happiness. He was attracted by happiness and returned to Halloween town. He introduced Christmas to other monsters. As a winner, he guided Halloween town to prepare for Christmas and kidnapped Santa Claus. Of course, the ending of the story is that Jack messed up Christmas and realized that he could only be a pumpkin King and was satisfied with it. With the help of the heroine Sally, Jack rescued Santa from Boogie and gave the children a perfect one. Christmas.

The story is just a skeleton that carries imagination. The most exciting thing about The nightmare before the Christmas is its shaping of monsters in Halloween town and the creation of a musical atmosphere.

"From demons to ghosts, from long-legged beasts to things that haunt the night, God, bless us!"-Old Scottish proverb

Halloween and pumpkin heads are always inseparable. In Irish legend, there is a man named JACK who is a drunk and loves pranks. One day JACK tricked the devil into the tree, and then carved a cross on the stump, threatening the devil so that he did not dare to come down, and then JACK asked the devil to promise that JACK would never go to hell. After JACK's death, his soul could neither go to heaven nor hell, so his undead had to rely on a small candle placed in a carrot to guide him between heaven and earth. Later this legend spread to the United States, and carrots were replaced by more expressive pumpkins. In other words, Ireland is really a magical country full of various legends. There are pumpkin heads and Irish dwarfs, tooth fairy, and the seal elves in "Song of the Sea" are also nursery rhymes from Ireland.

boys and girls of every age, wouldn't you like to see something strange ,come with us and you will see, this, our town of halloween. Pumpkins scream in the dead of night, this is halloween ,everybody make a scene ,trick or treat till the neighbors gonna die fright.

With the chanting music of the ghosts, we began to usher in the Halloween little monsters.

Pixie under the bed

The fear of monsters is usually associated with darkness, because darkness is full of unknowns, which expands imagination infinitely. The bottom of the bed was pitch black. Was there a demon with sharp teeth and bloodshot eyes hidden inside? Was there a monster at the corner of the stairs waiting for me to show up? These were all nightmares of my childhood.
