Jack growth history

This white, round, familiar face often appeared in front of me when I was a child: on the clothes of passers-by, stationery and toys in the mall, wallpaper software in the mobile phone... I have seen him. But I only matched this face with the movie today. He is Jack the Pumpkin King.

It was only just now that I had the honor to watch "Christmas Nightmare", and I have to say that it is really exciting. Tim Burton still retains his unique Gothic style stop-motion animation, vividly showing a film that looks terrifying but actually warm. The music in the movie is almost perfect.

Jack is lonely in his heart. Although he is very popular, he would rather not live like this. I hope everyone will understand him. However, he was like a child, blindly imitating other people's things, and then got into a series of big troubles, ruining both parties' festivals. Later, he understood the reality, his duty was to manage his Halloween town, and he understood what he really wanted. It feels like Jack is like a child. From the beginning, he followed the original rules (when he was a child, he obeyed the elders and believed that the regular things are right), to break the rules (adolescent rebellion), and then blindly imitate others (not Mature psychological performance), finally walked out of confusion, found a life that I really like, and also reaped love.

Jack is happy, he must be.

The Nightmare Before Christmas quotes

  • Sally: I had the most terrible vision.

    Jack Skellington: That's splendid!

Sally: No - it was about your Christmas. There was smoke... and fire!

Jack Skellington: That's not *my* Christmas! *My* Christmas is filled with laughter, and joy... and this: my Sandy Claws outfit. I want you to make it.

Sally: Jack, please listen to me. It's going to be a disaster!

Jack Skellington: How could it be? Just follow the pattern!

    [holds up design of outfit]

Jack Skellington: This part's red, the trim is white...

    Sally: It's a mistake, Jack!

Jack Skellington: Now don't be modest. Who else is clever enough to make my Sandy Claws outfit?

    Mayor: Next!

Jack Skellington: I have every confidence in you.

Sally: But it seems wrong to me. Very wrong.

  • Jack Skellington: [singing] What's this? What's this? There's color everywhere! What's this? There's white things in the air! What's this? I can't believe my eyes, I must be dreaming; wake up, Jack, this isn't fair! What's this?
