At the beginning of the film, it was a close-up of the little boy's beauty, which was very cute and impressed me a lot. I didn't expect that the most impressive part was at the beginning.
This is indeed a family/youth film with strong foreign characteristics. The warmth and intimacy between people in the film, as well as the singing and dancing of the whole team from time to time, make me not embarrassed, but I can't feel the same. Not only is the difference in cultural practices the cause of my lack of empathy, but it's not expressive enough. For example, in the episode where my grandfather's old friend came, in order to make the children understand my grandfather's difficulties, the way of expression is too deliberate, and you can't convince yourself that this is a natural revelation.
The whole film gives me the feeling that every point is there, conflict arises and conflicts are resolved, the story is complete, but it can't move me, even though it may have several such plots. Emotional expression and performance are too deliberate, appearing a little stiff and difficult to impress people.
