I have watched "Wolf Warriors 2" and "Operation Red Sea" and watched. The first two are considered domestic military-themed movies with a good reputation. After watching them, I breathed a sigh of relief. After watching "Black Hawk Down", I felt depressed, extremely depressed.
Personally, I think the Red Sea is closer to the reality than the Wolf Warriors, and it makes me feel more about what war is like. However, neither of these two films went deep into the essence of war, nor did they see the brutal and inhumane side of war, nor did they see the anxiety, helplessness, and trepidation of being besieged by the enemy, unable to keep up with support, and unable to suppress firepower. The Red Sea used the lens to describe the fragmented battlefield, but none of them showed fragmented humanity.
Before watching the movie reviews of Wolf Warriors 2, some people said that individual heroism is allowed in foreign countries and that Chinese people are not allowed to hit one hundred. In fact, I think it depends on what kind of movie it is, and it is not produced by Marvel, where are so many awesome characters. For example, the "First Blood" series, but this is not a pure war movie.
I personally think that the Red Sea is a great improvement in the wolf war, but because in other countries' territories, it will abide by the international agreement, precisely because of the fearfulness that it shows, which suppresses the more exciting part.
China has gone through so many wars before it has risen as a great power. We also have a lot of material and hope to make a real Chinese military movie.
After watching the Wolf Warriors and the Red Sea, I'll pass it when it's cool, but the Black Hawk will let me remember.
