It's not the courage to dare to shoot, but South Korea just needs publicity! Reject the high IQ score of "Iron Rain"

"Iron Rain" was released in South Korea in 2017. As a political propaganda film, it is relatively fresh in this region of Asia. The resources are widely spread, and the domestic scoring websites have scored high scores. There are two reasons for the high score, one is that Koreans are afraid to take pictures, and the other is that they are impressed by the acting skills and plot design. But what is the real "Iron Rain" like? I think it's a political fantasy, or advanced Korean propaganda material.

"Iron Rain" is singing praises for South Korea. It mainly tells that the two sides of South Korea and North Korea are not equal. Second, they tend to be humane and weak in South Korea, and brutal and violent in North Korea. Why would North Korea starve to death before building a nuclear weapon? Why is South Korea asking the US to strike North Korea? This has already shown who is worthy of respect. In "Iron Rain", when the US and South Korean high-level officials negotiated measures against North Korea, they focused on post-war recovery funds and the financial loss of the war, while completely disregarding the lives of a country and a nation. Does South Korea really dare to yell at the Secretary of Defense of the United States like in "Iron Rain"?

The No. 1 character of North Korea in "Iron Rain" was rescued by South Korea, and the coup in North Korea was settled by South Korea. It seems that they are working hard like a saint for peace. But in the real news, we see THAAD entering the Korean peninsula. Obviously, "Iron Rain" is a falsehood, a political fantasy about South Korea, and a disguised image propaganda.

We can't think it's good just because Yang Yushuo took pictures that others dare not take. Something that never appeared, and we first have to judge whether it is good or bad for us. Praising the courage to touch and the quality of the work must not be mixed. Besides, I don't think this is Yang Yushuo's personal daring to shoot, but a national propaganda. In "Iron Rain", South Korea's position on China, its understanding of Asia, and its attitude towards North Korea all require us to seriously think about it and not follow the trend.

In this era, many people are pursuing praise, but the things that are praised a lot are often dressed in false coats. Just as the word "ideal" has been rarely mentioned in recent years, criticism of this thing is becoming more and more rare. We need more criticism than praise. Without criticism, there is no progress, and praise can only make people stupid and backward. The attitudes and assumptions about politics in "Iron Rain" are too simple. Although there is a huge difference between the film and reality, we do feel the huge gap between turmoil and peace from the film, but we can't just blindly yearn for it. and products, but to think from the source, which one is creating the turmoil? Who is the real problem? Who is wearing the mask?

In addition, why do some people feel that "Iron Rain" is better than some similar domestic plots? I think it is a matter of knowledge. For example, "Iron Rain" is the main style of South Korea, focusing on the struggle between politics. South Korea is always at the cusp of the storm and is surrounded by many things, whether it is a citizen or a leader. Therefore, I call this type of film a political fantasy film, and the fantasy of everything is centered on oneself as a saint. We really want to praise South Korea for daring to film this type of subject matter, but we must jump out of our own country and talk about it more objectively (of course, an objective story can’t be released at all), so there is no so-called daring to shoot, it’s just that People's national conditions just need to do so.

To truly understand this movie, at least we have to understand the situation in Korea, the Korean people's own views on this film, and the living conditions of the Korean people, why are they happy and why are they worried? To refuse to fall into the trap of others is the wisdom that a rational moviegoer should have. Although the film itself is only a form of entertainment, it is undeniable that the film has increasingly become the main part of our daily cultural consumption and has a huge impact on our ideology.

"Iron Rain" is a South Korean ode to help North Korea save its leaders and help North Korea settle a coup d'etat. It seems to be actively promoting the reunification of the peninsula. It is a living political propaganda film.
