In contrast, the apes on the Planet of the Apes are not too cruel to humans, at least so many tribes can still survive. Many scenes in the movie are quite ironic. For example, the ape-man feels human stink and washes his hands after touching it. Babies are kept as pets by little apes and locked in cages at night. People have to be stamped and so on.
As a sci-fi action movie, it is not easy if it can make people reflect on human beings. The movie uses so many details to insinuate the cruelty of humans to animals, plus the protagonist's occasional statement that humans are more tyrannical to their peers. We've been asking for less.
There is actually a love triangle. Estella Warren is extremely sexy in the film, and her unruly eyes are very suitable for this role.
Carte's voice is very nice.
There are so many Planet of the Apes series, you need to be careful to distinguish their creation years. This 2001 planet of apes personally thinks it can be worth 4 points.
