This movie is really heavy, depression, death, and despair run through the whole movie. Cannibalism will definitely happen, and it is also the biggest exposure of the human nature of the crowd in desperate situations. I've heard of famine years before, exchanging dead children for food. Hey, there is a saying in the Three-Body Problem, survival is the first requirement of civilization, and it is also for individuals. Father is a great man who can resist everything. The vigilance of danger, the love and education of children, the vigilance of others and the kindness of humanity are all reflected in him. As for the child, I think it may be a bit naive. In that environment, he will quickly learn to be ruthless, and kindness is a luxury that will cost his life. The father will not let the child be so loving, after all, he knows that the child may have to survive by himself after death. If he hadn't met the last family, this little boy would have died very quickly and miserably. Maybe I'm a little one-sided, but human nature can stand the test.
