The market made a choice

The film is not as bad as online ratings.

But if you say that the Justice League is “not good enough,” then I totally agree.

For me, the two-hour movie watching experience is very satisfying. There are many impressive scenes, especially action scenes. Steppenwolves fight Amazon warriors. The Amazon warriors naturally showed their fighting qualities. I really like to tie the mother box with a rope before shooting to prevent the steppenwolves from taking the mother box. After Superman’s resurrection, the five members of the Zhanzheng Union were very powerful, especially when the Flash was about to attack Superman and found that Superman’s eyes moved with his body. This paragraph perfectly illustrates why the fight between superhumans is so exciting. Excited. Before the Zhenglian battle against Steppenwolves, the scene where Neptune stepped on the corpse of the evil demon broke through the building from a high altitude, jumped out, and stopped after buffering on the ground. It was very dynamic, and I also liked it very much.

Watching the Justice League in the action scenes will never regret it.

The early comments on the Internet are right: the chemistry between the characters is very interesting.

As a newly formed team, the Justice League always has some awkward silences and talks between characters who are not familiar with each other, and I don't hate this. This is a way to go. In the later stage of the movie, I saw the characters put aside their suspicions because of the urgent battle, quickly decided the division of the battle and cooperated with each other. For example, the other four chose to respond to Batman together, the steel frame took the sea king in the air, and the sea king helped the miracle. The female heroes used the mantra lasso to suppress Steppenwolves, etc., which formed a sharp contrast with their previous responses to the Superman who had run away after the resurrection.

In addition to the action scenes, getting along in non-combat is also interesting enough. For example, the Flash asks Batman’s superpowers (this paragraph is actually a bit blunt), the dialogue between the Flash and the Tomb of Steel, Diana Prince was so embarrassed that he pushed Bruce Wayne, and in the end, Bruce Wayne told Clark Kent that I bought the bank and so on.

At the same time, the shortcomings of Zhenglian really exist, which should not be denied.

It is very hasty to introduce three new characters in a movie and describe six superheroes at the same time and put them into 120 minutes. It's not a good choice either. At the beginning of the film, the descriptions of the individual characters of each character are very blunt. For example, there is a scene in Aquaman where he drinks, throws a bottle, and walks into a huge wave. The soundtrack of this part is incompatible with other parts. Based on the novelty of the hero, I did not feel impatient, but it did not feel natural enough.

In addition, the problem of "the villain is too weak", which has been criticized by many people, really exists. The good thing is that this time it is not about the intellectual duel, only about the strength confrontation, so I did not feel that my IQ was rape. The bad thing is that the Steppenwolf was defeated hurriedly. The plot of the evil demon swallowing the Steppenwolf in the end is an irony, but the way of expression is... to be honest, it's pretty bad. I feel the lack of a real battle climax.

Script aspect. The two biggest highlights of the Justice League: the action scenes and the interaction of the characters cover up, or make me forget the plot's flaws-I am very superficial, I don't deny it. Even after I wrote the film review, I still don't understand why Steppenwolf said to the Amazon warrior, "You will fall in love with me, you will all.", and he called the three boxes "mothers" is really a bit... stupid.

The subtitles are the most attentive subtitles I have ever seen, and even the credits of the credits at the beginning of the film have been translated. But the quality of the translation is not good. My English is very poor and I can't tell if there is any wrong translation, but I can feel that the dialogue is translated very bluntly.

Back to the title.

It is obvious that Warner and DCEU have chosen to compromise with the market. Regrettably, fans have never been able to support fan movies. If the public will pay for easy-to-understand movies, then studios will make easy-to-understand movies. If Batman vs. Superman does not have so many shortcomings, and the audience pays for BVS, we will see a Justice League that continues Iron Man and Batman vs. Superman, but the audience does not pay for BVS. Of course, this is not a problem of the audience, it is a problem of BVS. I also regret that the Justice League did not inherit the style of its predecessors, but I will not blame anyone or any organization for this. After all, no matter who you are, you will always bow to money.

The more weird thing is that I entered the DC world after watching BVS, and then I looked for some comics, such as the Phantom of Gotham and the League of Injustice. Then I watched some animations, like flashpoint restart and gods and monsters. Then I added MOS and the watchman, and bought a BVS Blu-ray disc, because I really like BVS. Of course I understand that BVS has many disadvantages, but this will not prevent me from liking it. I am not ashamed to admit that BVS has many shortcomings, and I am not ashamed to like a movie that has been widely criticized.

What DCEU really needs is not to get Zach Schneider out of DCEU, but a good script. The good scripts of this year are too short. I hope Warner can learn from the lesson, make a truly good movie, and find a path that belongs to DCEU. Even if the film rating of the Justice League is not that high, I can really feel its progress relative to BVS. As an audience, I think the box office is not something I should care about. After all, I haven't invested in it. The only thing I can do is go to the cinema to support my favorite movies.

I wish DCEU better and better, I know you can do it.

Digression.

Whether it is a Marvel fan or a DC fan, I really hope that you can stop this kind of awareness of confrontation. Just like the host platform wars, it will feel interesting at first, but it will be stupid if you watch too much. To love DC movies never means to hate Marvel movies, does it? And even if the Marvel movies are made to look good, it is the credit of the creators, not the fans. Fans laugh at their "counter-partner" with the achievements of the creators, which will only make people feel that you are terrible. And this phenomenon is not limited to Marvel and DC, nor is it limited to host platform wars.

As an audience, I welcome the confrontation between the two camps, because competition promotes progress, which means that I can see more good movies, and I only want to watch movies, and I don’t want to pay attention to or want to have fan groups outside of movies. The stupid confrontation.

Regarding movie ratings, such as MTC and Rotten Tomatoes.

It’s not a good trend for movies to move closer to Rotten Tomatoes ratings. Watching movies is a private experience, and even more than 200 film critics scoring them, it doesn’t represent your personal thoughts at all. I personally think that watching a movie depends on whether you are not interested in the movie’s title, posters, cast and crew, slogans and trailers, rather than taking Rotten Tomatoes or any website’s rating as the "primary" consideration-this It's really not "self".

If I am not mistaken, the critics of Rotten Tomatoes are not always fixed. (If you make a mistake, please advise) This will make the film review itself more diversified in a positive sense; but in a negative sense, it means that there is no uniform standard for Rotten Tomatoes film reviews. If a movie scoring system does not have a unified standard, why do you use it as a movie vane?

What's more, the black and white bipolar standard of fresh and rotten is simply not suitable for evaluating any type of work, including movies. Even if the original intention of this scoring system is to tell you "how many film critics like this film", most people will only regard freshness as a movie score.

In particular, nowadays, Rotten Tomatoes scores are not only used as the vane of the film, but also used as a weapon in the fan-black fight, and this makes me even more disgusted by Rotten Tomatoes. I don’t want to see someone give a Rotten Tomatoes score to myself. I don’t want to watch movies that so-and-so use Rotten Tomatoes ratings to attack my hate movies.

The real wife is so boring.

Finally, I am looking forward to Warner’s big killer:

Director's cut version.

Barry Allen: You said that like it explains why there's a total stranger sitting in the dark in my second favorite chair.

  • Bruce Wayne: We have to be ready. You, me, the others... there's an attack coming from far away.

Diana Prince: Not coming, Bruce. It's already here. The others... where are they?
