During the Japanese occupation of Korea (1910-1945), the famous hunter Cheon Mandok (Cui Minzhi) made a living by hunting in his early years. After invading the peninsula, he put down his gun and lived in seclusion in the forest, choosing to guard his former prey, the last tiger in North Korea known as "Jiri Mountain King". As the years go by, Mande is getting older. The Japanese army has ruled Korea for many years, and the Japanese officer (Osugi Ren) is about to be transferred back. In order to return home, he plans to hunt down the tiger and bring it back to Japan. The hunter Qi Jiu (played by Kim Sang-ho) and his subordinates from the North (played by Jung Seok-won) formed a tiger hunting team and went into the mountains to hunt and hunt, and the conflict between them and Mande immediately began. At this time, Mande is not only guarding the tiger, but also the dignity of losing the country.
The entire film must be filmed by the actor Choi Min-sik using his own imagination, which is quite a test of the actor's acting skills.
