It is true that in terms of story structure and characterization, "2012" does not appear to be outstanding as a whole, but it is undeniable that in the 160-minute duration, the film did not make you sleepy for a moment. Seeing the imaginary end of the world, it was presented on the screen so truly and shockingly. The thrilling special effects scene left the audience to hold their breath. Roland Emmerich used people’s fear of catastrophic apocalypse to be fascinating and humane. The brilliance remaining in the movie promotes the beauty of human nature, and staged a movie legend that has a full history of filming.
