The film is based on a true story starring Denzel Washington. It tells about the merger of a white school and a black school in Virginia in 1971. The football teams of the two schools had to be reorganized into a new mixed team, and the black coach Boone became the head coach of the team, while The original white coach Bill became the assistant of the black coach. What this team needs is not only the fusion between the two school players, but also the fusion between the races. With his strong will, unremitting efforts and dedication to winning, the black coach Boone made the black and white players understand and integrate with each other, and finally won the respect of the white coach Bill. With the unremitting efforts of the two black and white coaches, the team was invincible and achieved an unprecedented victory.
