The film is based on a true story starring Denzel Washington. It tells about the merger of a white school and a black school in Virginia in 1971. The football teams of the two schools had to be reorganized into a new mixed team, and the black coach Boone became the head coach of the team, while The original white coach Bill became the assistant of the black coach. What this team needs is not only the fusion between the two school players, but also the fusion between the races. With his strong will, unremitting efforts and dedication to winning, the black coach Boone made the black and white players understand and integrate with each other, and finally won the respect of the white coach Bill. With the unremitting efforts of the two black and white coaches, the team was invincible and achieved an unprecedented victory. Through the team's victory, the relationship between blacks and whites in the region became harmonious, and the two coaches became lifelong friends.

Hi Ryan, the camera-stealing attitude reflects leadership. Ha!

Inspirational film about racial conflict. It's quite satisfactory, Denzel Washington's acting skills are average, and Gosling's role is very small.

Remember the Titans quotes

  • Ronnie "Sunshine" Bass: I can't make that pitch Coach.

Coach Boone: Yes you can. When I was fifteen years old I lost my mother and my father in the same month Ronnie, same month. 12 brothers and sisters I was the youngest one of them, now I wasn't ready either, but they needed me. Your team needs you tonight, you're the Coronel, you're going to command your troops! Twins right 48 zero read, *go!*

  • Coach Yoast: This isn't about me, I'm worried about my boys.

Coach Boone: Well I'm not going to cut 'em and eat 'em. The best player will play, color won't matter.

Coach Yoast: From the looks of our little situation we got us here, I think that's about all that does.

Coach Boone: Yeah, you're right. We're in a tough spot, coach. You, me, the whole city. I think it'd go a long way to smooth things over if you'd stay, work on the staff, be a defensive coordinator, assistant head coach.

    Coach Yoast: Work under you.

Coach Boone: If that's the way you see it.

    Coach Yoast: Good night, Coach.
