Dickinson is like a raging fire wrapped under the icy exterior, burning silently in the solemn and gloomy atmosphere of the whole film. Time does not flow, but is almost brutally cut, and the verse jumps out at any time without any intention, out of place and as if it should be. Her rebellious heart beat wildly and was hurt over the years, and finally gradually stopped and disappeared into nothingness. The two magical reality scenes are excellent, and the Davis script is still so good. It's not as pretty as expected, but it's still pretty good.
