In the nearly three-hour movie, I watched it with gusto, and I didn't feel bored at all. There are a lot of laughs and conflicts in the film, (suddenly I want to complain about the weird act of taking off my pants to express respect that impressed me), especially the ending left a deep impression on me. Dumb arrogantly asked Rancher to sign a loser's manifesto, and snatched the headmaster who gave him the best student-that is, Rancher's space pen. But he didn't expect that the great scientist he was eager to discuss business with was Rancher, so he quickly took off his pants to pay his respects to Rancher, and I couldn't help laughing. However, in this segment, some people say that this is the film’s failure and it is too rational. I think this is exactly what the director wants to tell us that we should look for our own interests like Rancher, find happiness and gain knowledge from it, instead of mechanically memorizing knowledge and making ourselves feel unhappy. But reading is really important, otherwise how can you chase your dreams?
All in all, this is really a very good film. It is thought-provoking that some people who are about to enter university or have a dream should watch this film. After watching it, it will really be rewarding.
