A rock magic epic that burns to an explosion!

Director Cao's directing skills are not unreasonable, and the gangster style of "Two Smoking Guns" can be seen from "King Arthur". From the beginning, I was moved by the epic scene and the special effects that cost no money. The 3D effect is very good (I had refused to watch the 3D of this film before), and the explosive background music and explosion sound effects are even more crazy! Later, the continuous humorous editing made the audience get better and better, and the main theme of the background music seemed to run through the film, and the story was told from this. What is even more admirable is its unique editing features and narration: in the continuous development of the story, the details of the early stage are constantly being completed. The meticulous composition on the image and the crazy motion design are constantly displayed in the depth of field and background blur, which is overwhelming! Due to the dark tones and the bass-heavy background music, it is more recommended to go to the Dolby Cinema to watch (highly recommended). But for the plot, it is too bland and ordinary - an inspirational bedtime story that guesses the ending from the beginning, but such a story is played so smoothly by Director Ca, I really admire it!

King Arthur: Legend of the Sword quotes

  • The Mage: You know what we have to do. In order for him to control Excalibur, he needs to go to the Darklands.

    Bedivere: That's not happening.

    Bedivere: ...Welcome to the Darklands...

The Mage: He needs to take the sword to the tower.

    Bedivere: Give me another way.

The Mage: There is no other way. And he has to go alone.

Bedivere: He can't survive the Darklands alone!

The Mage: You don't want all of him to survive, that's the point. You have to break his old self completely, wear him down. You want him to think big? Give him something big to think about.

Bedivere: You're playing with fire, mage. And I'm not killing the king before he's even become one!

  • The Mage: Pick it up. Pick it up with both hands.

King Arthur: YOU pick it up.
