After cleaning up the room, I stumbled upon a disc. The cover printing was not exquisite, but it was in a small box of CDs and video tapes collected by my mother. I was very curious to see it. I am amazed that such a good-looking music and dance movie was made in that era.
This is a ballet based on Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale. The plot is very simple. A ballet dancer's talent is appreciated by a ballet company boss. She falls in love with a composer at work. Despite the boss's opposition, she gets married and leaves the ballet stage. After that, she returned to the stage under the temptation of loneliness and ballet love. She dances and dances in a pair of magic red shoes! She is one with ballet, dancing non-stop, can't stop dancing. She wanted to stop, but the red shoes wouldn't stop. When she saw her husband who was about to leave, she jumped downstairs to her death.
I haven't been able to think deeply about the connotation of the movie, but it is beautiful in terms of visual effects. The actors are real dancers, so they are extremely beautiful, and there is no embarrassment of wandering between substitutes. Art has high gold content.
