The clichés still move people's hearts

The first half of the Indian part was really good and the little saroo was great and cute. I haven't been to India, but I still feel that the director's filming is very real.

The second half of saroo came to the Australian family. His adoptive mother said that she and her husband could choose to have their own children, but they felt that having two children would not make the world a better place, but adopting two children in need might be their chance. when i saw this. I knew someone would say a white virgin bitch. But I still believe that there are people with such a beautiful heart in this world, and what they have done has indeed changed the fate of the two Indian children. Of course I don't agree that white people or people from developed countries are considered superior because of this.

At the end of the movie, Saroo found his biological parents. He was very moved at noon, and he had to go to work in the afternoon... His real name sheru, which means lion, can be said to understand the title of the film.

The older I get, the more I like family-friendly movies.

When you feel hopeless about this fucking world, there's always something awesome that makes you realize that we still live on a wonderful planet. Technology has changed lives, and it will change the planet. Follow-up: The long way home, finding your own way home, this is also the meaning of life.

The soundtrack is good, the little actors are good, and the first half is good. Others are not very good, moving and failing. I Rooney played a super cute bad character, I feel bad.

Lion quotes

  • Saroo Brierley: I'm sorry you couldn't have your own kids.

Sue Brierley: What are you saying?

Saroo Brierley: We... we... weren't blank pages, were we? Like your own would have been. You weren't just adopting us but our past as well. I feel like we're killing you.

Sue Brierley: I could have had kids.

    Saroo Brierley: What?

Sue Brierley: We chose not to have kids. We wanted the two of you. That's what we wanted. We wanted the two of you in our lives. That's what we chose.

    [pause]

Sue Brierley: That's one of the reasons I fell in love with your dad.

    [pause]

Sue Brierley: Because we both felt as if... the world has enough people in it. Have a child, couldn't guarantee it will make anything better. But to take a child that's suffering like you boys were. Give you a chance in the world. That's something.

  • Saroo Brierley: Do you have any idea what it's like knowing my real brother and mother spent every day of their lives looking for me? Huh? How every day my real brother screams my name? Can you imagine the pain they must be in not knowing where I am?
