The plot is very fake and old-fashioned, and the feelings are very real and delicate. The use of props (balloons and skateboards in the shootout in the mall, watches and blinds in the confession, flashlights, TV sets, and gas in the final confrontation) is a must. The 1994 film is very thoughtful and exquisite. Although it is a commercial film, the plot is bright and smooth, but there are many intriguing points, and the burden is just right. Unlike today's films, lest people not understand, or lest people understand.

Billy Yeung: [John didn't get anything for Michelle's birthday] You should have gotten her flowers, she loves flowers.
Allan Hui Ching-yeung: Yes. But what happens to a flower when you pick it? It loses it's life.
Billy Yeung: [a man comes in with a huge bouquet of flowers for Michelle from her boyfriend] Now all you have is a bunch of dead bodies.

Michelle Yeung: I see. Thanks so much.
Chiu Kwok-Man: [puts a cigar in his mouth] Bye now.
Charlie Leung Kam-Po: [grunts after getting burnt in the forehead by the cigar] I could arrest you right here on the street!
Kwok-Man's Lawyer: Hey, on what charge?
Charlie Leung Kam-Po: I haven't made up my mind.
Kwok-Man's Lawyer: Then...
Charlie Leung Kam-Po: [bitterly] Bye, goodbye!
