Although the black gay version of "Boyhood" is not as painstaking as the latter, it is more unquestionable to use the same group of actors for more than ten years, but the performances of the protagonists in the three stages are completely unified to an incredible consistency! Compared with the straightforward narrative of "Boyhood", perhaps "Moonlight" is more gentle and euphemistic. The director must have been inspired by Wong Kar-wai, not only the lighting and tone of the close-up slow-motion long lens are the same as those of the sunglasses, but even some of the dialogues in it exude the atmosphere of the old king. In fact, there is nothing sensitive or insensitive in this film. First, there is no bed situation, and secondly, there is no crying about the black and white history. From beginning to end, there is only one boy. And that boy is like all boys, except that he is not as numb and forgetful as the average person, and it is easier to persevere. 8.1 points, even if the black version of Wong Kar Wai is curved, there is no way that the original version of the yellow skin is delicate. The plot of the film is still a little weak (however, this genuine version is becoming a poor victim of the mentally handicapped freshmen like Zhang Jiajia... ...woohoo!).
