The next day, Hida woke up in Bath's room to find a photo of "Laputa, the city in the sky." This is the real city in the sky that Bass's father risked his life to photograph, but no one believed him except Bass. So my father died in unhappiness. Bass swears that he must prove to others that there is a city in the sky!
Pirates with a keen sense of smell soon came to the door. What followed was a dazzling chase and escape scene. Finally, the two fell into the deep mine in full view, and Hidadai's flying stone glowed again, allowing them to fall safely. In the mine, the flying stones resonate with the ore underground. It used to be the place where the raw materials of flying stones were mined, but it is said that only Laputa masters the technology of refining flying stones.
As soon as the two came out of the mine, they were caught by the army. Xida was taken to the fortress, where a man named Muska showed Xida a huge robot, saying that it had fallen from the city in the sky, and the technology at the time could not make it restart. That night, Xida recited the incantation for help passed down by his ancestors, and the flying stone glowed, making the robot come alive again, and the entire fortress turned into a sea of fire.
Bass took advantage of the chaos to reach an alliance with the pirates and flew into the fortress to rescue Xida. In the haste, Hida lost the flying stone, and Musca got the gem, and ordered the army to fly to the city in the sky according to the guidance of the holy light on the gem. On the other hand, the pirate mother calculated the location of the city in the sky from Xida's description, and took Xida and the two to advance at full speed in the pirate airship!
When they were about to arrive, a tornado suddenly appeared in front, and they met Musca's ship again. During the battle, Bass and Hida's gliders were caught in the tornado. This is the realm abandoned by God, where the horrors of nature and the wrath of the gods gather, flying over the thick darkness, in the roaring electric light, through the corridor of lightning, breaking the boundary between life and death, the gate of destiny is again Open in front of the boy... The center of the tornado is the legendary flying island "Laputa, the city in the sky"! It's a haven of silence, an aerial city guarded only by robots, home to plants and ancient creatures.
Muska caught the pirates and also came to Laputa, where he forced Hida to join him in the central control room, activated the words on the black stone tablet, and was about to start his ambition to dominate the world. Sida grabbed the flying stone, and in order to stop Muska, she and Bass chanted a spell to destroy everything together: Balus. I feel bad that the heroine here has short hair. When Laputa disintegrated, the evil and the weapon system that helped the tyrants turned into a fireball in the atmosphere and fell into the sea, and the huge flying stone crystal that made Laputa float in the air carried Laputa's tree of life and rose to the end of the sky.
I watched a movie so long ago that I don't remember the story clearly. But I still clearly remember the castle, the city in the sky. The boy, the girl, the pirates, the villains.
Actually pirates aren't as bad as we thought, or they're still kind of cute. These pirates are the laughing point of the movie.
