Affirmative action films come out every year. This year, the rare calm and gentle one seems to be quite different from the fierceness of the affirmative action we know to a certain extent. Documentaries related to Proposition 8 are still in effect. The couple named 'Ai' are ordinary people, but the law and the state have crossed the bar in their love. In order not to go to jail, they would still be timid enough to confess their guilt to the judge, instead of the fighters we imagined to be angry and resisting. They fled to live abroad for many years and finally sought help because they could not return to their homeland. This is called a basic right. To be honest, those who were vigorous and proud of it before were of course proud of it, but they couldn't feel the same way. They always felt that it was something done by some 'conscious and empty' class. This very ordinary interracial couple made me appreciate the impact of basic rights on ordinary people.
