Different people, different love

Egypt, ancient and mysterious, is a place with many stories to tell. As the first part of the "Mummy" series, this film is quite attractive at first glance. I have seen it three times so far. In addition to being curious about pyramids, deserts, temples, and sphinxes because of the Egyptian complex, I also like the heroes and heroines of this film very much.

The world is so great that there are all kinds of people. Some people are obsessed with rare treasures and spend their lives for money; some yearn for love and are willing to dedicate everything; others are obsessed with power and do not hesitate to kill creatures. The good people and bad people in the story are quite distinct, but in reality the boundaries are blurred and the human nature is complicated.

So many people like the villain in this film. The high priest Immortal fell in love with the pharaoh's woman, assassinated the pharaoh, and was sealed in a sarcophagus by a very cruel method to make a mummy. The woman who wanted to save herself after being resurrected was sent back to hell.
As a result, this man who was crazy about love got the sympathy of many people. Someone said, "He just wants to be with the one he loves." But, in order to want to be with the one you love, you don't hesitate to sacrifice other innocent lives. Is such selfish love worthy of praise?

I like the heroine played by Rachel, the beautiful and brave librarian Evelyn. When the mummy was resurrected, she could have escaped with her beloved, but she chose to stay and prevent the mummy from harming Egypt. This wise, upright and kind woman is very antagonistic to the strong and heroic male protagonist. (In real life, Rachel is a genuine "Bond girl" and her husband is Daniel Craig "007") The

Bible says that love is patient and kind; love is not jealous, love is not boastful, no Crazed, don't do shy things, don't ask for your own benefit, don't get angry easily, don't count people's evil, don't like injustice, just like the truth; tolerate everything, believe everything, hope everything, endure everything; love never stops. One by one is love, it is better to love openly and openly.
