almost a classic

Really, I originally wanted to give the whole film a "dog blood" evaluation. . . but! I really liked the ending when I saw it at the end! It's handled pretty well! Hey. . . . For those of the healing department, it's fine to turn it off when the male protagonist takes the plane to the sky... The ending is really subversive. But, to be honest, no matter how good the ending is, it really doesn't quite meet my standards. The first one in 1968, in my opinion, although I have not read the original work of "Planet of the Apes", but it gives me great admiration. In my opinion, this is another display variant of the original work. It's really a work that is shown in film. In contrast, in 2001, although the big technology and big animations are pulled up, there are really some things missing. What, I say below.
First of all, look at the "68 series", although there are no various productions, but the "face" is directly posted, but it does not violate the harmony at all! I really feel like "I'm going! Isn't zhei a human ape!?" It can be seen that the display method at that time is not low. However, this one in 2001 was a lot worse, and the heroine in the apes felt a lot worse. It felt like the actors themselves put makeup powder on their faces, which felt weird. . .
The plot, in terms of plot, does not mean that according to the original work, it is all kinds of high and good, no, you can adapt it, but you can't be bloody. "Decisive Battle" is bloody shit until the final scene, and I'll still give it a thumbs up when I see the perfect handling. Moreover, whether the "68 series" is an original or not, let's not mention these for the time being, just talking about the movie itself, it's really really great. The script is simply too high! A complete flashback, a complete flashback, and I don't say it to you at all. From an alien spaceman to this planet, and then unfolds the origin of the apes, why did it originate, and what happened before the origin? Exactly this order! The normal sequence would be, something happened, a creature originated, then lived its own life, and suddenly an alien astronaut came. It's in this order, however, don't underestimate the story of flashbacks, the superiority is that they are fragments of each flashback story, a movie! Rank! Rare! Great thought! The description of "big money" lives up to its name. In 2001, I was so anxious that I wanted to "spit" all the director wanted to express in two hours or less.
What about the story? Determine the fatal point of a movie? My answer is half and half. Of course, if the story is good, many people will follow it, but no matter how good a film is, once it is commercialized, it will be disgusting. You see, a series like The Hunger Games is awesome, right? Especially the first one, it can be said to be a down-to-earth filming, and the more you go on, the less you see this good atmosphere. Until the third part froze up and down, it was really unacceptable. . . Too commercial. Another example is the Divergent series. The reputation is even worse. Many people say that you always scold commercial dogs or something, and hate commercial films, so how can you tell us how to tell us which films are commercial?
For commercial films, I still take the "Ape" series as an example. For example, the first film in 1968 can be said to be excellent. When the Statue of Liberty finally came out, I'm sure everyone in the movie theater would have a standing ovation, which was great. The second part was disgusting (the first time I watched it). The male protagonist of the first part is back, "Well~ not bad" "Hey! No! Are there human beings in the cave? Why does it look like that? It's too unreasonable!" During the series, you will explain to yourself why you have this idea at the time, you will say to yourself, "The director originally wanted to convey to you when the second part ends, not that I want to make such a film again to make money, I want you to wait, wait, and you'll know why I'm doing this." Well, as uninformed viewers, we'll wait. By the third part, the beginning is super good! We discarded the disgusting part of the second part, hahaha, the beginning is great, the ape and male protagonists of the first and second part actually crossed over! Back in time and place on Earth! It must be great~ It's really not bad, until the end, the foreshadowing is here! The ape that will really happen and change the future is still left! In the fourth part, the ape that changes the future still works according to the order of development. In the fifth part, when you see the word "mutation", the word "nuclear radiation", and the word "nuclear bomb", you will know , when we were in the second part, we completely misunderstood the director (under the heartache of the director). Really generous ~ it's completely "flashback in sequence", although it's hard to say, but you can just watch it. Not to mention his substance, what's inside, irony, irony, questioning, blah, blah, blah, blah. Man to ape, ape to man, all kinds of views are reversed, only what this film conveys to you is a normal enlargement, it is perfect and not missed to you, it is rare.
The "Decisive Battle" in 2001 was a little incomplete. Even if the connotation and essence were only shown in the final finale, it was still too commercial. As long as you compare it, you will know that this kind of film, all Too commercial. Although the "Matrix" series has a slightly commercial feel, three films have been filmed, but each of these three films has a soul and connotation. Shan Bo'er is a good film.
But if it is said that "Judgment" can reach the peak of "68 series", my answer is yes. "Battle for the Planet of the Apes" is not bad if it is the beginning of the overall series. I'm afraid, just a little bit, that is, they won't shoot after the first part, but that's how they are. . . What's more, "Judgment" is a commercial film. . No matter what kind of tribute it is, it is a commercial film. "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" is not a follow-up. If the original class, production, style, and actors of "Judgment" work together and shoot later, it is the right choice.
