As the saying goes, a decade sword, working slowly and deliberately. For the film "Independence Day 2: Comeback", director Roland Emmerich (Roland Emmerich) dawdled for 20 years. At first glance, it sounds a little in awe of the film—it took Richard Linklater 12 years to make Boyhood.

But what is certain is that the implantation of QQ, Mengniu and Angelababy was unique 20 years ago.
Although it is said that the soup does not change the medicine - in fact, most of the defending the earth films are this routine, but if the soup is boiled well, it is also excellent. However, the plot of "Independence Day 2" is full of old, weak, pregnant and disabled. The black male protagonist said that he had to save a person before he set off on a spaceship. Guess who this guy is? It's his doctor old mother. And the mother "just happened" to pass by the delivery room and helped a pregnant woman deliver the delivery; the engineer's old father was rescued by a group of children, so the old father drove a school bus with a group of lively and lovely children from the crowded highway "just right" "It drove to the picturesque Salt Lake, and the engineer "just happened" there to attack the alien Tautou; after Tautou was killed, a super-intelligent alien who had mastered countless advanced sciences praised: "You humans." What a great race!".
I really doubt if the director and screenwriter made up this story 20 years ago. Roland Amory said in an interview that he did have an idea for a sequel, and the reason he waited for so many years was just waiting for the special effects technology to catch up with the story in his head.
Now, everything makes sense!
