The following is a spoiler. The film tells the story of a simple-minded private detective Commander High and his eccentric daughter encounter a violent and strange uncle, and work together to find out the truth and break the conspiracy.
The jokes in it are relatively funny, not trivial, there are a lot of points, both big and small, even if the English is not very good, you can basically get it, and in some places you can laugh until you can't stop.
The biggest surprise was Commander Gao's handicapped man. He cut his aorta in the opening mission and was pushed out of the hospital's emergency room by a wheelchair. Seeing the corpse in the back is the biggest laughing point of the whole film.
Although he is a stupid and cute man, he has a useful brain. Even if he is stupid, he looks very attractive. Haha
Another point is the friendly interaction between Lolita and the uncle. The routine of "The Killer Is Not Too Cold", Lolita is also very cute. In the film It's also very eye-catching, but I don't know if I can reach Portman's height in the future.
The ending of the film is so old-fashioned that I can't help but think about the old-fashioned Hollywood commercial action movie of the 70s and 80s.
I thought it was a black humor like the Coen brothers, but it turned out to be a purely commercial entertainment film. I don't have much aftertaste, I just forget it after reading it. I just want to have fun at the time. Don't go into any logic. It's very weak. In comparison, I prefer "The Cry", which is throwing blood.
PS: I always feel that this film reflects the current pollution in China. What does it mean to put a Chinatown for no reason~~
