The most attractive thing about "The Hunt", the latest British BBC documentary, is not the exquisite pictures and soundtracks, nor the simple carnivores and herbivores, but the subversion of conventional hunting failures. Leopards, crocodiles, horned eagles, sharks, these ferocious beasts were teased by "little animals" again and again, and they endured hunger and exhaustion again and again to hunt down desperately - failed - hunted again - failed again. Don't pity the rabbit anymore, because the wolf will also starve to death because the rabbit runs away. Natural selection, survival of the fittest. There is nothing wrong with meat-eating animals, nor do grass-eating animals need sympathy. To live tenaciously is the common wish of all animals.
