The you in parallel time and space

The reason why I haven't watched it is because I am afraid of ruining my expectations and mystery of the title. After finally reading it, I found that it seemed to have been seen a long time ago-maybe it was also a deja vu. (-_-) zzz
Denzel's performance is very good, my head coach Caviezel played the villain, and the edges and corners are still charming enough to explode. After all, the heroine is the role of the introduction and foil, the performance is mediocre.
The only reason for passing is that, on the main line of time travel, there is no escape from "a major event must happen to change history", and this major event is the death of the male protagonist who traveled back. This makes people feel a sense of helplessness as to whether the male protagonist who came back at last can't tell whether it is important or not.
In fact, I just want to talk about parallel time and space. I still believe that deja vu is due to the existence of parallel time and space. In those time and space, you occasionally suddenly realize that what happened is the shadow you have already experienced.

Denny: Alright: Life, like time and space, is not merely a local phenomenon.

Doug Carlin: [Screaming] Oh Alright! Am I asking a hard question?

Denny: [Muttering] Looks like I picked a bad week to stop snorting hash.

Doug Carlin: I'll tell you what: I will speak slow so that those of you with Ph.D's in the room can understand. Here, look. Here's a monitor, right?

[Throws a chair against the monitor, breaking it]

Doug Carlin: Now the monitor is broken. It's dead. It's not temporarily transitioned to another state of entropy, it's *dead*. Right. Now is *she* alive or is she *dead*?

    Denny: She's alive.

Doug Carlin: Alright. Now we're getting somewhere.
