Hannibal in this part can be called a god. Everything about the enemy is under his control. He knows the enemy's thoughts, the enemy's location, and the enemy's plans, but the enemy has absolutely nothing to do with him. In a movie that makes gods, the protagonist is not a master who pays attention to the art of killing.
The last paragraph cut the investigator's brain. I didn't see anything. It only highlighted the artistic beauty of Hannibal and the horror and blood of the movie. However, this has no meaning at all. These two aspects are in the first or this one. There's too much to say.
The heroine is also really average, probably because she is old and has a lot of spots on her face.
