I would prefer to see this movie as a continuation and exaggeration of teenage gal problems. To be able to see the shadows of some of the pain or struggle that I have grown up is more like the story of another prominent character The Virgin Suicide. But the focus of the movie is still on the diagnosis of mental illness in the 1960s. The confrontation between individuality and public choice is not deep enough, the characters are not full enough, and some logic is not clearly explained. Fortunately, there are actors who can hold up some scenes.
Its alright, babe, its cool
