I have a disease that can't take the title

Carrie the Witch was filmed four times. 1976, 1999, 2002 and 2013. I watched the oldest version, and from beginning to end, I clicked fast forward several times, and the speed of the movie felt a little slow. After reading it, I breathed a sigh of relief and finally finished it. I insisted on watching it because I wanted to record the big and small movies I watched this year, and write a sentence or two after watching it more or less.

About this movie, I have to think about how I feel after watching it, and I can't even tell myself. Because I've been watching the American drama "Beauty on the Wrong Body" recently, after watching it, the only feeling I have is, why don't I spend this time watching American dramas. Well, people shouldn't complain all the time, the good and the bad should be the experience of life, and it's not that bad.

In every teenager, there will be students like Carrie in the school, who are bullied by their classmates as a perpetual laughing point. Young and frivolous, do not understand the severity, verbal violence is more than physical injury. They were powerless to resist. Perhaps, at that time, students like Carrie would always have an idea, hoping that they could have some strange powers to help them to resist the encounter. And people like Carrie will always have a parent like in the film, they never listen, never considerate, but blame the child for not being obedient and making trouble. Constrain and discipline children with narrow self-awareness. When Carrie uses magic to insert a sharp weapon into her mother, this family relationship also goes away. A family without affection will be as lifeless as dead ashes, like a collapsed house in the film.

I have always felt that people should have beliefs, big or small. However, they should have relied on this belief to bind the wickedness of human nature, but those who were scorned took this belief as the energy that fueled evil. The world of children is both good and evil. They are the mirrors of their parents, and whatever energy you give them, they can reflect what kind of light. I always think that children are the continuation of adults' lives, and the experiences they have experienced cannot happen to children. But how can things go well in life? Instead of trying to take care of the children's well-being, it is better to calm down and help them repair their armor.

Haven't read Stephen King, but none of the movies based on his novels are good. . . This is not even a horror movie at all, I hope the new version will add new content

The thriller of '76, and now it still has the energy to scare me to death, the last part has to be shameful 2X. . . [Cherish the movie away from spoilers] The following is a small sentence of vague spoilers. Fans should be careful and bear the consequences: Stephen King at that time stood up for God, according to "Whoever is innocent among you, throw a stone at her first!" principle, and no one has let it go. . .

Carrie quotes

  • Tommy Ross: [points to a humiliated Carrie after the pig's blood is spilled on her; his voice is blocked out but viewers can clearly read his lips and tell that he is upset and shouting] WHAT THE HELL?

  • Margaret White: He's not coming.

Carrie: He is coming, Mama. Now stop it. I'm nervous enough.

Margaret White: No, he's not coming. He's not gonna come.

    [scratches her own face]

    Carrie: Go away!

    [Margaret slaps herself]

    Carrie: Stop it, Mama!

    [Margaret pulls her own hair]

    Carrie: Stop hurting yourself, Mama!

Margaret White: He's gonna laugh at you. They're all gonna laugh at you!

Carrie: No one's gonna laugh at me, Mama.

Margaret White: Stay here with me.

Carrie: I don't want to stay here with you, Mama. Now sit down and be quiet.

Margaret White: I'll go downstairs, I'll answer the door. I'll tell him that you're sick. I'll tell him that you changed your mind.

Carrie: [forces Margaret onto the bed] SIT DOWN AND BE QUIET!

Margaret White: [gets up from the bed] Listen, I'll tell him that you changed...

Carrie: [forces Margaret onto the bed again] SIT DOWN! Just sit there, Mama, and don't say a word until I'm gone. I'll be home early. I love you, Mama.

    [she leaves]

Margaret White: Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.
