Let him go, let him be, let him be that danish girl

This year is an LGBT year, and many movies with similar themes such as carol and freehold are coming on a large scale, but danish girl will definitely not lose. Because what they're talking about isn't really the same thing.

carol and freehold are talking about homosexual, about love and equality.
The danish girl talks about how a weak man can face his gender cognitive barriers and be himself even when he dies.

This is very different from homosexuality. Romance is to let you accept yourself and each other, and it is an emotional exchange between two people under the premise of accepting each other. Gender cognitive impairment, however, is discovering that your body is not what you want. Every day I wake up confused and complaining. So it's harder, and everything is more complicated and hurtful. Some people may choose to compromise and live their whole lives with skins and disguise, but there are also some people who know what they want, no matter what the cost, they want to be themselves in their hearts.

After fighting with your inner self, you will face more troubles from the outside world.

I remember watching the l word, there was a female-to-male max in it, taking male hormones to implant rubber penis, and mingling with lesbians. What I didn't understand at the time was that Max, as a transgender, was supposed to be with straight girls. He was both physically and psychologically male, but the real lesbian should love women. So when I watched danish girl I was always worried that lily would still love his wife after transgender, because then the situation is more complicated, she is not just transgender or lesbian.

Another problem with transgenders is the level of doubt and acceptance that people have after transgender. Remember that orange is the new black has an episode in season three that revolves around transgender people. Male-to-female blacks have been doing well in women's prisons. However, one day another group of people said that many of her physical characteristics are male, she has more strength, her temperament is more manly, and she makes those female prisoners who also live in women's prisons feel unsafe. However, should prisons also have unisex rooms like toilets?

Maybe I shouldn't add so many labels here, but for the sake of clarity, I have to use this method.
In fact, this film is really not very immersive, and it is difficult for even gays to really bring themselves in. Just like what Lily said when her wife found out that she was dating gays, we are just friends, and we want different things. At this point, the issue of transgender really opened up a question in my mind, which made me think seriously. Whether most people talk about lgbt without even figuring out who they are, and whether the transgender community doesn't even get the same attention and understanding as the gay community.

I have also been thinking about the meaning of this film, and I think most of the meaning is to get attention and let the audience try to understand what this group has gone through growing up. Even in an age when sexual orientation is so permissive, does the danish girl still feel scary or confused. So the director chose a more beautiful way to interpret it. The whole film looks as beautiful as Aina's painting, and every frame is like a painting. However, because it is too beautiful, the cruelty of the process is reduced, so it is not shocking enough and touching people's hearts.

And how much tolerance can the mainstream society give to this group, and let them be who they are.
