Everyone has a 1408 in their hearts

Since the end of October, I have been in a bad mood for a number of reasons. It's almost exactly a month later, and it's a little better than before, but despair still occurs from time to time. It just happened that I haven't watched a thriller for a long time, so I thought I'd find one to change my mood.

After reading this, what should I say? It's not scary, nor is there any bloody scary scenes. It's more like a psychological movie than a horror movie. In the second half of the film, the male protagonist seems to walk out of the room. Everything seems to be just an illusory dream, but it is just an illusion in the end. The voice from the phone "You can spend this unforgettable hour over and over again" makes the male protagonist Understand that he can't get out of this room, can't get out of the infinite miss and guilt for his dead daughter. So in the end, the ghost lingering in 1408 and being with his daughter forever may not be a good ending for the male protagonist. The 56 people in the room who chose to commit suicide before were probably trapped in their hearts and couldn't let it go, so they chose death to free themselves.

Everyone has a 1408 in their hearts, to dust off the people and things they don't want to think about but can't forget. "Time heals all wounds." Is this really the case? Maybe, but don't some pains become clearer with time? Isn't something hard to let go of, like a math problem that you can't do, no matter how long it takes, it's still blank? No matter how long it has passed, the feelings that have been hurt will still be remembered, even if it will not be as skinny as it was at the time, it may eventually become a small fishbone stuck there, reminding you from time to time that it still exists .

"We're going to take it easy because we're here for this story..."

If you can't ignore it, then try to live with it.
